The Revit Maple Ladies SK Jeans are coming as a pair of protective riding jeans, meant to stand up to the road with their Cordura denim construction. These are designed as a pair of classy black jeans and will be the female cut counterpart of the Revit Jackson SK Jeans. The clear advantage of these pants is that you no longer have to switch out pairs of pants for riding, since you can simply wear these off the bike as well for a casual look.
So, with a recommended retail price of about 180 Euros or 220 USD, the jeans will be competing with the Dainese Denim Ladies, Alpinestars Daisy V2, and Alpinestars Stella Angeles Jeans.
Material
For material, the Revit Maple Skinny Fit Motorcycle Jeans are coming with a full 13 oz Cordura denim construction. Cordura is a well-known material for riders since it is well regarded for its abrasion resistant properties. The textile is made with a mix of cotton for that denim look with additional nylon 6.6 reinforcement fibers to increase its strength to that above what normal denim jeans can offer.
The Rev’It Maple SK Women’s Jeans have also been certified to EN 17092 Class A, which is about standard for most single layer riding jeans since you are trading some of that abrasion resistance for a more comfortable pair of pants. And even with this tradeoff, the Cordura will still do much better on the road than ordinary cotton denim.
Safety
To offer a strong level of riding safety, the Revit Maple SK Motorcycle Pants are also coming with a set of SEESMART protectors and special stitching. The armor will be CE Level 1 and it is going to be in the knee, but you can further upgrade the pants with a set of CE Level 1 hip protectors as well. These are a good pair of protectors since they’ll be highly flexible, breathable, and comfortable for walking around in.
The pants themselves have also been assembled with a safety focused construction via triple needle stitching and safety seams. This means that not only is the stitch reinforced but it is partially hidden to protect it from abrasion.
Comfort
Lastly, for comfort, the Revit Maple SK Motorcycle Trousers will also do well. As it says in the name, they are going to be skinny fit and the Cordura denim will also offer a decent level of stretch. The single layer pants themselves are coming with a button and fly closure as well as several belt loops. These have also been reinforced so that you can add the Revit Safeway belt, which will allow you to zip your jeans to your jacket. As far as storage, you are also getting a set of 2 pockets in front, with 2 more at the back.
Summary
The Revit Maple SK Women’s jeans are a solid option for riders looking to mix their casual styling on and off the bike with the suaver black jeans look. But not only will they offer that classic style, but motorcycle ready safety as well.
